What Medomio provides
Medomio is a marketplace that helps private owners and home seekers connect directly. Unless expressly stated, Medomio is not an owner, buyer, tenant, landlord, estate agent, broker, lawyer or party to a transaction.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, respect other users and verify a property, person and agreement before committing.
- Do not post unlawful, false, copied or discriminatory content
- Do not scrape, spam, manipulate or interfere with the service
- Do not act as an undisclosed agency or broker
Listings and moderation
You keep responsibility for content you submit and grant Medomio permission to host and display it to operate the service. We may review, restrict or remove accounts and content that are unsafe, unlawful or contrary to these terms.
Transactions and liability
Users make their own decisions and transactions. Check title, identity, condition, permissions, contracts and payments independently. To the extent permitted by law, Medomio is not responsible for user conduct or losses arising from a transaction between users.
