For sign-in, profile, listing or technical issues, email support@medomio.com. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in ordinary email.
Safety reports
Use the report action on the relevant listing whenever possible. For an urgent safety concern, email safety@medomio.com with the listing URL and what happened.
Legal and privacy
For privacy rights or legal notices, email privacy@medomio.com. We aim to acknowledge messages promptly, but complex requests can take longer.
